Can I book more than one session?
Yes! You can book multiple bookings on the 'book online' section. Alternatively, why not book on 'bulk purchase slots' where you can save up to £10.
I'm a dog walker wishing to use the field frequently, how can I be sure I receive repeat slots?
If you are a dog walker or trainer wishing to use the field for purposes such as walking, training classes or agility, contact Imogen on imogenburg@yahoo.com where we will do our best to accommodate repeat visitations on a termly basis.
I'm a little early for my time slot, is there parking?
Yes. There is a waiting bay just outside the pen that is clearly signposted. Please use this space to wait to allow others to exit the pen before you enter.
Is there a buffer time between slots?
Yes. Each slot has 5Â minutes between ending and starting, so you shouldn't have to come into contact with other dogs. Please do give yourself plenty of time to clear the site.
Do I need to pick up dog waste?
Absolutely! Please be mindful of others and always clear up after your dog/s. There are disposal bins onsite however we request you bring your own bags.
Can I cancel/ be refunded?
You may cancel a slot but please note it will incur a fee of £1. Please bare in mind however you must cancel 24hrs or more to receive the refund. Re-scheduling is free and easy and can be done in your account. Please contact Imogen if you wish to cancel to receive the refund as this is not automated.
I've bought a Bulk-Buy package, can I use it in any pen?
Yes, you can use your bulk-buy slots in either pen. There is also no expiry date and you do not have to book the slots all in one go.
Will my dog/s come into contact with other dogs?
No! Due to parking within the site there is no need to bump into other people/ dogs/ livestock. However, please note that we are a working farm, therefore cattle may be nearby. Please contact Imogen if you have concerns.
Is there water onsite?
Yes, we have water in the pen however we advise you to bring your own bowl.
